악연으로 얽히고 설킨 6인의 이야기를 그린 범죄 스릴러, 넷플릭스 시리즈 <악연>의 타이틀 시퀀스 작업입니다.
‘거미줄’을 컨셉으로, 벗어날 수 없는 악연의 시작부터 그 끝까지 인물과 오브젝트들을 하나의 거미줄로 엮어가며 표현하였습니다.
그리고 그 안에 악인들의 행동을 직접적으로 묘사하여 캐릭터와 이야기를 직관적으로 전달하고자 했습니다.
I worked on the title sequence for the Netflix series 'Karma',
a crime thriller about six individuals whose lives are intertwined by fateful, ill-fated relationships.
The concept for the sequence was the 'spiderweb,' where characters and objects were woven together into a single web,
representing the inescapable nature of their bad karma from its beginning to its end.
Furthermore, I included direct visual descriptions of the villains' actions within this web to intuitively convey the characters and their stories.
